Adding color to the academics, cultural events like arts festival, Sports festival, College Day, Final Year's week etc and traditional Festivals like Onam & Christmas are Organized. These fests helps the students to portray their inbound talents and personality. Students competing these activities are honored and are selected to participate in the inter college fests.

The College of Engineering Trikaripur has been organizing various activities such as academic, sports, and cultural activities since the college started its functioning in 2000.
In the year of 2005 the college union has organized an inter-colligate arts and techno fest BEATZ’05. The programme were conducted on 3rd 4th and 5th of march 2005. The first day of the programme was Technofest which was inaugurated by Mr. Ramesh C Dutt. Director of incubation cell-Techno park Thiruvananthapuram. Arts fest was conducted 3rd and 4th and it was inaugurated by famous film director Mr.Roshan Andrews. The function was presided over by P. Rajagopalan the president of Kayyur-Cheemeni Gramapanchayat. Cine-artist Mr.Jishnu was the chief guest. Students from the various college participated in the fest. The programme witnessed the participation and co-operation of the political leaders and local people.
            The college fine arts festival VARNAM for the year 2004-05 were conducted on 23rd and 24th September 2004 and various off-stage and stage programme organized in connection with this. The fine arts day was inaugurated by honorable MLA Mrs. Sreemathi Teacher and the function was presided over by the principal of the college Dr. M.K.Radhakrishnan.
            The tourism club of the college organized a trekking trip to Kottancheri hills and a group of students participated in the same with great interest. The nature club functioning in the college published its first magazine ‘Thejaswini’ and also organized two seminar based on environmental protection and energy conservation during the academic year 2004-05. The college sports day was conducted on 19th march 2005 and students participated in various events with great enthusiasm.

            The college organized various academic, sports, and cultural activities in the 2007-2008. and among this BEATZ-07 was the memorable one. BEATZ-07 was a south Indian inter-collegiate arts and techno fest. The programme was conducted on October 2007 and it was a three day programme. Cine artist Kavya Madhavan was the chief guest. The most attractive item was the musical fusion programme performed by Balabaskar and Team.
            The college day and the final year’s day were conducted on18th and 19th march 2008. The annual sports day was held on 15th march 2008 in a grand manner and many students participated in various sports events with much interest.
